Data reports allow administrators to better understand the company's data. Admins can view changes in the number of contacts, equity, employee activity and feature usage in specified time periods in the form of data reports. They can also export the relevant data.
1. View Data Overview
Go to - Reports - Data Overview to see detailed company data, including User, Messenger, Docs, Calendar, and Calls and Meetings. Click on the date field to open a calendar and select a time range. This allows administrators to view the number of contacts or departmental changes in a given time period.
Click Export in the upper right corner, select a time range, and click Confirm to export an Excel spreadsheet that includes daily details of user account status and function usage in the time range.
- 2.View My Equity
Go to Reports - My Equity to see the usage and quota details of storage space and buzz (by text message or phone call).
- 3.View User Activity Data
Go to Reports - User Activity to see the number of activated users and activation rate in a given time range.
Click User activity details, select a time range, department or input user name, Email or phone number to view more detailed user activity data. Click Export to export this data.
Note: User activity details are only available for the past month. Up to 1 million lines of data can be exported at a time.
- 4.View Feature Usage
Go to Reports - Feature Usage, select a time range and department to view the usage of Messenger, Docs and Calendar, including active users, users who used the feature, new messages/Docs/events and average usage per user.
